Reserving Your Appointment
All appointments require a valid Credit or Debit card on file to reserve an appointment or a $25.00 deposit will be required to reserve each appointment. For you continence you may reserve, reschedule and cancel your appointment online.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
We understand that things come up and appointments have to be canceled. Guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled appointment must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00. If you reserved an appointment that required a deposit and you “no-show” your deposit is non-refundable and you will need to pay an additional deposit to reserve another appointment. We do not refund deposits for canceled/no show appointments.
Imari Esthetics Spa is a private, personal service spa, which means all appointments are private sessions between the guest and the Aesthetician. We ask that our guest arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your reserved appointment time.
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation.
